Biography: Racheal Yates is a dedicated humanitarian and civic leader committed to serving Jesus Christ and addressing systemic injustice and oppression. She was born on the beautiful island of Kingston, Jamaica, and raised in the bustling neighborhood of Queens, New York. Racheal is passionate about developing cross-functional initiatives that promote a sense of belonging and inclusion.

For the past eight years, she has worked as a strategic diversity, equity, and inclusion scholar-practitioner and is currently a Program Director at Stanford University. She deeply values her Christian faith and incorporates love, service, and compassion into all her endeavors. These values inspired her to establish Divine Global, a company aimed at empowering marginalized communities by providing them with tools for self-efficacy, educational success, and financial stability.

Racheal is now focused on traveling worldwide to guide underrepresented communities in the areas of self-development, financial literacy, and educational advancement
